血液灌流抢救氯氮平中毒临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察血液灌流抢救治疗氯氮平中毒的临床疗效。方法选取医院收治的氯氮平中毒患者26例,在综合治疗基础上加行血液灌流治疗。结果共进行2~3次血液灌流治疗,12例患者在治疗后1~3 h内能恢复意识,8例患者在治疗后3~20 h内逐渐恢复意识,6例患者经过2~3次治疗恢复意识。结论在临床抢救时,给予氯氮平中毒患者血液灌流治疗,有助于提高抢救效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion in the treatment of clozapine poisoning.Methods Totally 26 patients with clozapine poisoning admitted to our hospital were selected and treated with hemoperfusion on the basis of comprehensive treatment.Results All patients received 2-3 times of hemoperfusion treatment.Totally 12 patients recovered consciousness within 1-3 h after treatment,8 patients gradually recovered consciousness within 3-20 h after treatment,6 patients recovered consciousness after 2-3 times of treatment.Conclusion In the clinical rescue,hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with clozapine poisoning is helpful to improve the rescue effect.
