安全护理管理模式用于妇产科手术室护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨安全护理管理模式应用于妇产科手术室护理的临床效果。方法随机选取医院妇产科2017年8月至2019年8月拟行手术的患者90例,随机分为安全护理管理模式组和常规护理管理模式组,各45例。统计两组患者的护理纠纷、护理差错发生情况、护理质量、护理满意度。结果安全护理管理模式组患者的护理纠纷、漏记出入量、输液配液错误、器械核对错误发生率分别为6.7%,2.2%,2.2%,0,均显著低于常规护理管理模式组的17.8%,15.6%,13.3%,6.7%(P<0.05);安全护理管理模式组患者的器械准备、消毒隔离、规范操作、沟通方式评分及总分均显著高于常规护理管理模式组(P<0.05);安全护理管理模式组患者的护理满意度为95.6%,显著高于常规护理管理模式组的82.2%(P<0.05)。结论妇产科手术室护理中应用安全护理管理模式的临床效果较常规护理管理模式好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of safety nursing management mode applied in the operation room of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods Totally 90 patients underwent surgery in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the safety nursing management group and the routine nursing management group,45 cases in each group.The nursing disputes,nursing errors,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The incidence of nursing disputes,missed entry and exit,infusion and dispensing errors,and device check errors in the safe nursing management group were 6.7%,2.2%,2.2%,0,respectively,which were significantly lower than 17.8%,15.6%,13.3%,6.7%in the routine nursing management group(P<0.05).The score of equipment preparation,disinfection and isolation,standard operation,communication mode and total score in the safe nursing management group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing management group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the safe nursing management group was 95.6%,which was significantly higher than 82.2%in the routine nursing management group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of applying safe nursing management mode in the operation room of gynecology and obstetrics is better than that of routine nursing management mode.
