中药内服治疗功能性消化不良的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价中药内服对比胃肠促动力药治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的疗效。方法通过检索CNKI、CBM、WanFang、VIP、PUBMED数据库,纳入数据库内2018年10月前有关中药内服对比胃肠促动力药治疗FD的随机对照试验,采用改良Jadad量表进行质量评价,应用RevMan5.3软件行Meta分析。结果纳入28篇文献,试验组1074例,对照组1069例,共2143例患者。Meta分析显示:与胃肠促动力药比较,中药内服在提高有效率[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.20,1.30),P<0.00001]、改善中医症状[MD=-3.29,95%CI(-4.17,-1.87),P<0.00001]和西医症状(P<0.00001)等方面有优势;但未能降低不良反应[RR=0.71,95%CI(0.35,1.43),P=0.33]。结论中药内服比胃肠促动力药治疗FD更有效,2种治疗方案安全性相当。Objective To systematically compare the effect of internal therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with prokinetic agents on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods Databases of CNKI,CBM,Wan Fang,VIP,PubMed were retrieved,and the randomized-controlled trials(RCTS)which compared the effect of internal therapy of TCM with prokinetic agents on FD were collected.Improved Jadad Quality Scale was used for quality assessment.Meta-analysis was performed with RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 28 RCTS were included 2143 patients,including 1074 patients in the experimental group and 1069 patients in the control group.Meta-analysis result:Camparing with the control group,the experimental group had advantages in increasing the total effective rate[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.20,1.30),P<0.00001],improving the symptoms of TCM[MD=-3.29,95%CI(-4.17,-1.87),P<0.00001]and western medicine(P<0.00001),but not advantages in reducing adverse events[RR=0.71,95%CI(0.35,1.43),P=0.33].Conclusion Internal therapy of TCM were more effective than prokinetic agents for the treatment of FD,but with equivalent safety.
