散居孤儿社会救助制度的缺陷及社会工作介入——社会支持网络的视角

摘　　要：一项社会工作实践表明:通过对散居孤儿给予家庭、类家庭、朋辈群体与社区等方面支持,建立相应社会支持网络,能够更好满足散居孤儿多方面需求,促进其健康成长。从散居孤儿救助中社会支持视角的缺陷入手,通过开展社会工作介入与帮扶,弥补社会政策不足,并呼吁建构社会支持网络系统,完善散居孤儿的救助政策。In a social work practical service, it was showed that: through the established social support network with the supporting about family, peer group, community and other aspects for foster children, the various needs of foster children could be better met to promote their healthy growth. It starts from the perspective of social support defects of foster children, through the development of the project of "social workers’ helping the social foster children", foster children were helped and social work intervention was conducted to compensate for the lack of social policy. Then, we call for that the social support network system should be constructed and relief policies about the foster children should be perfected.
