摘　　要：实践智慧是社会工作者需要具备的基本能力。根据亚里士多德“实践智慧”的原初内涵,社会工作的实践智慧包含价值伦理、知识体系与心智机能三个维度,表现为价值伦理统领知识与能力的卓越表现。通过理论解析体会社会工作价值伦理、通过案例教学传习社会工作处方理论以及通过项目实习获得社会工作默会知识是培养社会工作实践智慧的适切途径。社会工作实践智慧问题不是社会工作专业发展中的一个问题,而是社会工作专业自身发展的全部问题的概括性表达。对社会工作实践智慧的探求将统领社会工作专业自身的全面发展。Practical wisdom is a basic ability for social workers.According to the original connotation of Aristotle’s“practical wisdom”,the practical wisdom of social work includes three dimensions:value ethics,knowledge system and mental function.The practical wisdom of social work is the outstanding performance of the knowledge and ability dominated by value ethics.It is an appropriate way to cultivate the practical wisdom of social work to understand the value ethics of social work through theoretical analysis,to pass on the prescription theory of social work through case teaching and to acquire tacit knowledge of social work through project practice.The problem of social work practice wisdom is not a problem in social work professional development,but a general expression of all problems in social work professional self-development.The search for practical wisdom in social work will lead to the comprehensive self-development of social work.
