社会发展背景下传统太极拳应用的失衡与复兴

摘　　要：运用文献资料、历史研究、逻辑分析等方法,从太极拳传播源头入手,按照历史发展的纵向进行梳理。研究认为:太极拳早期传播与发展中,技击技术的应用是主要动因,养生功能是传播者根据现实需要,对自身习练实践感知领悟的理论解读与宣传,后来才被现代科学研究给予证明;早期传播对象与区域的局限、太极拳自身特点与传授周期较长、历史事件的重创与毁灭、发展导向的失误、科学研究领域的片面等是导致太极拳应用失衡的主要原因。针对太极拳养生功能的科学研究与开发、太极拳核心技击技术应用的日渐失传与忽视等问题,提出了挖掘整理太极拳技击应用精髓、开创太极拳现代训练新模式、扩大青少年习练群体形成系统的教育培养体系、坚持正确的发展导向、规范赛事市场化管理制度等复兴太极拳"技击技术"应用的具体思路。By using methods such literature survey,historical research,logic analysis and experience summarization,starting with the source of Taijiquan communication,and collating the information according to the vertical direction of historical development,the author concluded the followings:In early Taijiquan communication and development,boxing technique application was the main motivation,the health keeping function was the communicators’theoretical interpretation and promotion of their own practical perception and apprehension according to realistic needs,and later proven by modern scientific research;the limitations of early communication objects and areas,Taijiquan’s own characteristics and its long teaching period,the devastation and destruction caused by historical events,the mistakes of development orientation,and the one-sided of scientific research areas,were the main causes for the unbalance of Taijiquan application.Aiming at the scientific research and development of Taijiquan’s health keeping function,and that Taijiquan’s core boxing technique application has been lost and neglected gradually,the authors put forward the following specific ideas for reviving Taijiquan"boxing technique"application:dig up and collate the essentials of Taijiquan boxing application;open up a new Taijiquan modern training mode;expand the education and cultivation system of the teenager practicing group formation system;adhere to the correct development orientation;standardize the competition marketization management system,etc.
