摘　　要：在竞争激烈的经济市场中,人们越来越关注国有企业的发展和创新,当前企业重组是一个重要的发展趋势,也是促进企业可持续性发展的重要手段。我国煤炭集团公司已开始走上了重组的道路,并且通过多年的探索和经验积累,形成了统一的战略规划管控体系,也探究出了煤炭集团公司未来的创新发展方向和目标。文章阐述煤炭集团公司战略规划管控体系构建的重要意义,分析煤炭集团公司战略规划的主要特征,探讨煤炭集团公司战略规划管控体系构建的有效策略。In the competitive economic market,people pay more and more attention to the development and innovation of state-owned enterprises.Under the current economic situation,enterprise restructuring is an important development trend and an important means to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.At present,China’s coal group companies also began to embark on the road of restructuring,and through years of exploration and experience accumulation,formed a unified strategic planning management and control system,and also explored the future direction and goal of innovation and development of coal group companies.This paper expounds the significance of the construction of the strategic planning management and control system of coal group company,analyzes the main characteristics of the strategic planning of coal group company,and probes into the effective strategies of the construction of the strategic planning management and control system of coal group company.
