摘 要:随着全球信息化的飞速发展,网络空间已经成为第五维空间,对网络安全的态势感知技术应运而生.在对美国、北约及国内态势感知技术发展历史及现状进行梳理的基础上,提出了针对电子政务信息安全领域,能够进行实时监测预警的网络安全态势感知平台应用,并进一步详述了该平台实现的功能及关键技术.根据现有的网络安全态势感知平台实现的功能、关键技术、需求和存在的困难,以监管者的角度提出了发展方向及前景.With the advancement of global information technology,cyberspace has become the"fifth space",and situation awareness technology for cyber security has emerged as required.Basing on the analyzing the development,history and current circumstances of cyber security situation awareness technology in the United States,NATO and China,this paper proposes the application of cyber security situation awareness platform for real-time monitoring and early warning of e-government information security.Futher more,it explains the function realized and key technologies of situation awareness in the field of information security of e-government network.According to the function realized,key technologies,demand and existing difficulties of the current situation awareness platform,the development direction and prospect are proposed from the perspective of regulators.
