摘　　要：随着信息化办公时代的到来,国土自然资源的信息化管理成为一种必然要求,加快国土资源信息化建设,提高管理效率与水平成为普遍共识。国土资源挂牌出让供地一直是政府部门比较关心的事情,及时准确的供地信息和供地进展,为相关部门掌握供地情况,辅助工作决策。该系统通过在线方式管理维护供地数据,解决传统管理方式空间图形数据上图慢、过程繁琐等问题。同时结合百度地图提供的地理信息相关服务,使国土资源供地属性数据与空间图形数据相结合,使用Android系统移动终端进行数据展示,实现数据的实时便捷更新,确保数据现实性,为部门决策提供现实依据。Accompanying with the coming of information office era,the information management of land natural resources has become an inevitable requirement.It is a common consensus to speed up the information construction of land natural resources and improve the management efficiency and level.Land resources for social supply has always been a concern of government departments.Timely and accurate land supply information can help relevant departments to master the situation of land supply and make the work decision.Through land supply data online,slowly-drawing and tediously-processing of spatial graphic data in traditional management mode can be solved.At the same time,combining with related services of geographic information provided by Baidu map,combining the attribute data of land supply with spatial graph data,using Android mobile terminal to display data,real-time and convenient update of data can be realized,data reality can be ensured and realistic basis for department decision-making can be provided.
