摘　　要：在现有12V190机组的基础上,通过燃气进气系统改造,采用机械喷射技术,对机组缸盖、进气管及控制系统进行适应性改进,彻底解决了进气管回火和缸温窜升问题。Basing on the 12V190 generator set,the research rebuilds the intake system for this generator set and applies mechanical injection technology on this generator set.The optimization of genset adaptability including cylinder head,intake pipe,and control system finally solves the problems of engine back firing and abrupt cylinder temperature rising.
