摘  要:通过分析数控轧辊磨床测量装置,提出测量装置三点测量优于二点测量,并对轧辊磨削加工过程中产生的误差影响因素进行分析,得出测量误差的计算和补偿方法,用于数控轧辊磨床三点测量误差补偿的理论分析,为提高数控轧辊磨床的测量精度和加工精度提供技术支撑。Based on the analysis of the measuring device of the CNC roll grinder,this paper proposes that the three-point measurement of the measuring device is better than the two-point measurement.The error influencing factors during the roll grinding process are analyzed,and the calculation and compensation methods of the measurement error are derived for theoretical analysis of three-point measurement error compensation for CNC roll grinders,and to provide technical support for improving the measurement accuracy and processing accuracy of CNC roll grinders.
