摘　　要：随着材料科学技术的飞速发展,涌现出了一大批非铁质类型的复合材料,金刚石就是其中之一。由于金刚石在强度、刚度、耐高温以及耐腐蚀等方面的优良属性,被广泛应用于航空航天、石油钻探以及汽车制造等各个领域。但是,这类材料在设计制造和切削加工方面存在不少难题,因此将主要围绕金刚石钻头制造的新型模具材料和模具成型工艺进行研究。With the rapid development of material science and technology,a large number of non-ferrous composite materials have emerged.Diamond is one of these materials.Because of its excellent properties in strength,rigidity,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,diamond has been widely used in aerospace,oil drilling,automobile manufacturing and other fields,but this kind of materials are in design and manufacturing There are many problems in cutting process.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the research of new mold materials and mold forming technology for diamond bit manufacturing.
