浅析环境因素对自动扶梯附加制动器的影响

摘　　要：标准GB16899-2011要求公共交通型自动扶梯或提升高度大于6m的自动扶梯必须配置附加制动器,当满载上行的自动扶梯发生逆转时,附加制动器应有效制停自动扶梯,保护乘客安全。附加制动器多采用摩擦原理,在使用过程中,环境因素对制动器的制动能力影响非常有必要深入研究。尤其对于户外安装使用的自动扶梯,常年经受风沙雨雪的侵袭,附加制动器的功能是否正常是自动扶梯可否安全使用的必要前提。The standard GB16899-2011 requires that public transport escalators or escalators with a lifting height of more than 6 meters must be equipped with safety brakes.When the escalators with full load up reverse,the safety brakes shall effectively stop the escalators to protect the safety of passengers.The safety brake mostly uses the friction principle.In the process of using,it is very necessary to study the influence of environmental factors on the brake capacity.Especially for the escalator installed and used outdoors,it is the necessary premise for the escalator to be used safely whether it can withstand the wind,sand,rain and snow all the year round and whether the function of the safety brake is normal.
