摘　　要：用于煤炭输送的斗轮式堆取料机的交叉滚柱式回转支承因滚道异物和润滑失效,造成机器严重抖动和异响,无法工作。通过在机器防护罩上增设检查维护窗口、清洗轨道、制作安装铜管油路以及更换大流量专供轨道润滑泵等,解决了上述问题。The cross roller slewing bearing of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer used for coal transportation can not work because of the serious shaking and abnormal noise of the machine due to the foreign matters in the raceway and the failure of lubrication.The above problems are solved by adding inspection and maintenance window,cleaning track,making and installing copper pipe oil circuit,replacing large flow rail lubrication pump.
