摘 要:河湖水系是流域水循环和水资源形成的载体,水系连通格局会对区域防洪排涝、水资源利用、生态环境保护等用水需求产生重大影响。以西、北江三角洲为研究对象,统筹考虑自然地理、水文、水利工程等信息,分析三角洲河网结构,建立河网天然节点和人工控制节点,并以此为基础,按照水系、联围、片区、河涌对三角洲河网进行层级划分。综合考虑水资源、水环境、节点分布、重要引排水通道分布,构建出河网区闸泵群的分区分级调度结构。The river and lake system is the carrier of water circulation and water resources in river Basin. The pattern of river and lake system interconnection will have a major impact on regional water demand, such as flood control and drainage, water resource utilization and ecological environment protection. Taking the Xijiang River and Beijiang River Delta as the research object, and taking into full account the information of natural geography, hydrology and hydraulic engineering, this paper analyzes the structure of the river network in delta, establishes the natural nodes and artificial control nodes of the river network, and on such a basis, hierarchically divides the river network in delta according to the water system, embankments, area and creeks., and constructs the regional and hierarchical scheduling structure for the sluice pump group in the river network area based on the distribution of water resources, water environment, node and important water diversion and drainage channels.
