高速公路PPP项目合作双方信任对项目绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：以高速公路PPP项目合作双方信任为出发点,构建了合作双方信任作为前因,合同柔性作为中介,项目绩效作为结果的理论模型。通过实证研究得出以下结论:(1)合作双方信任对合同柔性和项目绩效具有显著正向影响,其中制度型信任对合同柔性和项目绩效的影响最为显著。(2)合同柔性对项目绩效具有显著正向影响,其中政府补贴柔性对项目绩效的影响最为显著。(3)合同柔性在信任对项目绩效的影响中起到了部分中介作用。Based on the trust of both parties in highway PPP projects,a theoretical model is constructed in which the trust of both parties is the ante-cause,the contract flexibility is the intermediary,and the project performance is the result.Through empirical study,the following conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)The trust of both parties has a significant positive impact on contract flexibility and project performance.Among them,institutional trust has the most significant influence on contract flexibility and project performance.(2)Contract flexibility has a significant positive impact on project performance.Among them,the government subsidy flexibility has the most significant influence on project performance.(3)Contract flexibility plays a part of intermediary role in the influence of trust on project performance.
