摘 要:采用溶解性、熔点、薄层分析法和高效液相色谱法对聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠(SPS)样品进行质量分析,并利用柱层析法对样品进行快速纯化。结果表明:粗样品中SPS的含量为68.44%,样品经纯化后,含量为95.36%。柱层析法可快速有效地分离工业级SPS样品中的杂质。Solubility, melting point, thin-layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography were used to analyze the quality of sodium polydithio-dipropyl sulfonate( SPS) samples, and the samples were rapidly purified by column chromatography. The results showed that the content of SPS in crude sample was 68.44%, and that in the purified sample was 95.36%. The column chromatography can quickly and effectively separate the impurities in industrial-grade SPS samples.
