中医外治法治疗急性期缺血性脑卒中(瘀血阻络型)的临床分析

摘　　要：目的通过观察湖南省内医院住院患者治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期瘀血阻络型患者的中西医联合治疗情况,探索该病的中西医结合治疗的优化方案,为临床提供依据。方法以回顾病例的方式,收集2018年1月-2018年12月湖南省内多家医院的急性缺血性脑卒中符合纳入标准之病例480例,按治疗方法分为4组。通过观察各项治疗前后各项评分分数的变化,评价四组患者在不同治疗方案下的临床疗效。结果 D组西医常规+中医外治法+中药针剂组在治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期瘀血阻络型患者的神经功能缺损评分、中医症候积分、临床总疗效、日常生活能力的改善情况均优于其他组(P <0.05)。结论中医外治法治疗瘀血阻络型急性期缺血性脑卒中临床疗效确切,值得推广。Objective By observing the therapy of intergrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with static blood blocking collaterals type,to explore the optimal program of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for this disease,and to provide a basis for clinical practice.Methods In the way of reviewing cases,480 cases of acute ischemic stroke in many hospitals in Hunan Province from January 2018 to December 2018 were collected according to the inclusion criteria,and were divided into four groups according to the treatment method.By observing the changes of scores before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the four groups of patients under different treatment regimens was evaluated.Results The traditional western medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and injection of traditional Chinese medicine were used in group D.The neurological deficit score,TCM symptom score,clinical total curative effect,and daily living ability of patients with schistosomiasis of group D were better than those of other groups(P<0.05).
