聂氏加味导赤汤治疗尿道综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察聂氏加味导赤汤治疗尿道综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例尿道综合征患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用聂氏加味导赤汤治疗,对照组采用常规西药舒乐安定及谷维素治疗,观察比较2组中医证候积分、SF-36生活质量评分及不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为41.38%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及与对照组组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);2组SF-36生活质量评分组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论聂氏加味导赤汤治疗尿道综合征有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Nie’s modified Daochi decoction on urethral syndrome.Methods 60 Patients with urethral syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Nie’s modified Daochi decoction,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine of diazepam and coumarin.TCM syndrome score,SF-36 quality of life score and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 41.38% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of TCM syndrome points before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The difference of SF-36 quality of life score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nie’s modified Daochi decoction has good clinical effect in treating urethral syndrome.
