玄驹胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察玄驹胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效。方法选取2017年11月-2018年11月收治的男性勃起功能障碍患者86例,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组用复方玄驹胶囊治疗,观察组采取复方玄驹胶囊联合百令胶囊,疗程8周。比较2组总有效率、治疗前后轻度、中度、中度ED患者的IIEF-5评分、性激素[卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)]水平变化及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率93.02%,高于对照组76.74%(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组轻度、中度与重度ED患者的IIEF-5评分与对照组相比明显更高(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组LH、FSH均显著降低、T显著升高(P <0.05);PRL、E2无明显变化(P> 0.05)。观察组治疗后的LH、FSH下降幅度与T升高幅度与对照组相比均更明显(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率13.95%,与对照组11.63%比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗男性ED能有效缓解患者勃起症状,提高IIEF-5评分,调节性激素分泌,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuanju capsule combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods 86 cases of ED patients admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xuanju capsule,and the observation group was treated with Xuanju capsule and Bailing capsule for 8 weeks.The two groups were compared for the total effective rate,IIEF-5 scores of patients with mild,moderate,and moderate ED before and after treatment,sex hormones [follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),testosterone(T),the level of estradiol(E2)] changes and the adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.74%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the IIEF-5 scores of the mild,moderate,and severe ED patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of LH,FSH,PRL,E2 were significantly decreased,T was significantly increased(P<0.05),there was no significant change in PRL and E2(P>0.05).The decrease of LH,FSH,PRL and E2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.95%,which was not significantly different from the control group(11.63%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuanju capsule combined with Bailing capsule can effectively relieve erectile symptoms,improve IIEF-5 score and regulate sex hormone secretion,which is worthy of promotion.
