辣木籽提取物对缺血性脑卒中后轻度认知障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨辣木籽醇提物对缺血性脑卒中后轻度认知障碍的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分成2组,治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予辣木籽醇提取物胶囊2粒,每日2次,3个月,对照组给予尼莫地平片20 mg,每日2次,3个月,治疗前和治疗后分别评估MMSE和Co MA评分,检测患者血清中SOD、MDA、Ach E和p-Tau。结果相对于治疗前,治疗后患者MMSE和Co MA评分增加,P <0.05,血清中SOD升高,MDA降低,Ach E和p-Tau下降显著,P <0.05。结论辣木籽醇提物能够提高缺血性脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者的MMSE和Co MA评分,改善患者的氧化应激反应,促进神经功能的恢复,改善认知能力,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Moringa oleifera seed extract on mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.Methods The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given 2 capsules of Moringa oleifera alcohol extract capsules twice a day for 3 months.The control group was given 20 mg of nimodipine tablets twice a day for 3 months.The scores of MMSE and CoMA were evaluated before and after treatment,and the serum SOD,MDA,AchE and p-Tau were detected.Results Compared with before treatment,the scores of MMSE and CoMA increased after treatment(P<0.05),SOD increased,MDA decreased,AchE and p-Tau decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The ethanol extract of Moringa oleifera seeds can improve the MMSE and CoMA scores of patients with mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke,improve the oxidative stress response of patients,promote the recovery of nerve function and improve cognitive ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
