溻痒洗剂联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察溻痒洗剂联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法将80例慢性肛周湿疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组予外用复方酮康唑乳膏,每天2次,观察组予溻痒洗剂熏洗坐浴,每天2次,每次15 min,同时两组口服依巴斯汀片,每日睡前1次,每次10 mg,连续治疗2周,观察临床瘙痒程度评分、皮肤病生活质量指数评分、复发率以及不良反应。结果经治疗后两组临床瘙痒程度评分、皮肤病生活质量指数评分较前均有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率97.5%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组复发率为23.5%,对照组为45.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗中均未见严重不良事件。结论溻痒洗剂联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性肛周湿疹较常规疗法能进一步改善临床症状,增加总有效率,减少复发率,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate clinical effect of Tayang lotion combined with ebastine in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema.Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic perianal eczema were randomized into the observation group and the control group,40 cases each group.Patients in control group were treated with Ebastine and Compound Ketoconazole Cream,while patients in observation group were treated with Ebastine and hip bath with TaYangXi Decoction.the changes of the scores of quality of life indexes for skin diseases,itching scores,adverse reaction and clinical effects were recorded and compared after they were treated for two weeks consecutively.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 75.0% of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the comparisons of itching scores and quality of life scores(P<0.05),the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating(P<0.05).No adverse reaction such as allergy and others happened during the therapeutic course.Conclusion Hip bath with Tayang lotion combined with ebastine in treating chronic perianal eczema could obviously improve clinical symptoms,raise quality of life and clinical effects.
