中医药护理方案干预高血压肾病的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理方案对高血压肾病患者的临床应用效果。方法将120例纳入研究的高血压肾病患者随机分为常规护理组和中医护理组,分别为60例。常规护理组接受常规西医护理,中医护理组在常规护理基础上接受耳穴压豆、艾灸、中药穴位贴敷、中药熏蒸、中药足浴中的至少一种中医护理技术进行护理。比较2组患者在住院天数、患者满意度、中医护理方案实用性之间的差异,对比2种护理方案的应用效果。结果经不同护理方式干预后,中医护理与常规西医护理对患者住院天数的影响无明显差别(P>0.05),但在护理方案实用性和效果满意度方面,2种方案均存在显著性差异(P <0.05),中医护理组患者对护理的实用性、满意均高于普通护理组。结论中医护理方案对高血压肾病疗效确切,可在临床广泛应用和推广。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program on patients with hypertensive nephropathy.Methods 120 patients with hypertensive nephropathy who were included in the study were randomly divided into the routine care group and the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group,with 60 cases in each group.The routine nursing group received routine Western medical care.The traditional Chinese medicine nursing group received at least one traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique in the acupoint pressing bean,moxibustion,traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of routine nursing.The differences between hospitalization days,patient satisfaction,and practicability of TCM nursing programs were compared between the two groups,and the application effects of the two nursing programs were compared.Results After intervention by different nursing methods,there was no significant difference in the influence of TCM nursing and routine Western nursing on the number of hospital stays(P>0.05).but there were significant differences between the two programs in terms of the practicability and effectiveness of the nursing program(P<0.05),the practicability and satisfaction of the patients in the TCM nursing group were higher than those in the general nursing group.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing program is effective for hypertensive nephropathy,and can be widely applied and promoted in clinical practice.
