摘  要:基于涡轮叶尖间隙主动控制的需要,本文分析了涡轮叶尖间隙的变化机理,建立了机匣、叶片和转子的简化模型,同时基于某型发动机试车数据计算了涡轮叶尖间隙,研究了发动机地面起动时涡轮叶尖间隙动态变化规律。结果表明:地面起动时涡轮叶尖间隙呈减小趋势,机匣形变量上升速率最大,叶片变化量对叶尖间隙变化影响最小,可为发动机地面起动时涡轮叶尖间隙控制策略的设计提供参考。Based on the need for active control of the turbine blade tip clearance,this paper analyzes the changing mechanism of the turbine blade tip clearance,establishes a simplified model of the casing,blades and rotor.At the same time,this paper calculates the turbine blade tip clearance based on the test data of an engine,and studies the dynamic change law of turbine tip clearance when the engine starts on the ground.The results show that the turbine blade tip clearance decreases during ground starting,and the case shape rise rate is the largest,and the blade change amount has the smallest effect on the blade tip clearance change.The results show that the tip clearance of the turbine tends to decrease when the engine is started on the ground,the increase rate of casing shape variable is the largest,and the influence of blade change on tip clearance change is the least,which can provide a reference for the design of turbine tip clearance control strategy when the engine is started on the ground.
