摘 要:为更好地对发动机推力室结构段进行热防护以避免由于温度过高所导致的结构破坏,以发动机推力室结构段为研究对象,利用Fluent软件对不同冷却情况进行数值模拟,分析有无肋片及肋片深宽比等参数变化对室壁冷却情况的影响。结果表明,肋片有助于对室壁进行冷却,肋片深宽比的增加会提高肋效率,但是会削弱冷却剂与推力室内壁面间的对流换热,因此需根据实际工况,试验确定最佳深宽比及肋片个数。In order to protect the structural strength of the engine thrust chamber from thermal damage caused by high temperature.Taking the structural section of the engine thrust chamber as the research object,the numerical simulation of the cooling condition is carried out by using FLUENT software,The effects of fin and aspect ratio on the wall cooling of thrust chamber were analyzed.The results show that the fins help to cool the chamber wall.The increase of the ratio of depth to width of the fins will improve the efficiency of the fins,but it will weaken the convective heat transfer between the coolant and the wall of the thrust chamber.Therefore,it is necessary to determine the best depth width ratio and the number of ribs according to the actual conditions.
