摘  要:为了实现汽车阶梯轴轴段长度的快速有效测量,本文设计了一种基于机器视觉的轴段长度非接触测量系统。该测量系统主要由CCD摄像机、背景光源、计算机和工装组成。在对摄像机进行标定后,利用图像灰度化、边缘轮廓检测、边缘轮廓拟合等图像处理技术对拍摄的图像进行处理,然后通过对图像分析得到每段轴角点处的像素坐标,最后计算被测轴段的长度。仿真和试验结果表明,设计的系统能够快速有效地完成汽车阶梯轴轴段长度的非接触测量,并具有良好的测量精度,这对实现汽车零件的自动化测量具有重要的意义。In order to realize measuring the segment length of the automotive step shaft fast and effectively,a non-contact measurement system of the shaft segment length based on the machine vision is designed in this paper.The measurement system is mainly composed of CCD camera,background light source,computer and tooling.After the camera was calibrated,image processing technologies such as image graying,edge contour detection and edge contour fitting were used to process the took image.Then pixel coordinates at each shaft corner point were obtained by image analyzing,and finally the length of the measured shaft segment was calculated.The simulation and experimental results show that the designed system can complete non-contact measurement of the length of automotive step shaft segment quickly and effectively,and has a good measurement accuracy,this has great significance for realizing the automatic measurement of automotive parts.
