摘 要:某涵道尾桨寿命认定试验中,尾桨受到高、低周循环载荷的同步协调作用,并发生疲劳断裂,成功复现了尾桨在真实工作状态下的破坏情况。试验采取高、低周载荷单独加载,并通过外部触发的方式实现了同步协调加载。对试验结果进行分析,找到了影响加载结果的原因,并提出了改进措施。该试验方法加以改进和优化之后,可以应用于更大尺寸、更复杂结构的高低周复合载荷试验。In the fatigue life determination test of a culvert tail rotor,the tail rotor received the synchronous and coordinated action of high and low cycle load,and fatigue fracture occurred.The damage of tail rotor in real working condition is reproduced.The test adopts the high and low cycle loads to load separately,and realizes the synchronous and coordinated loading by the way of external trigger.By analyzing the test results,the reasons affecting the loading results are found out,and the improvement measures are put forward.After the improvement and optimization of the test method,ti can be applied to the high-low cycle composite load test of larger size and more complex structure.
