摘 要:大行程油缸动态加载性能要求较高时,如果采用单出杆结构,伺服阀换向时会产生压力跃变现象,影响系统性能。为了解决压力跃变问题,设计双阀控双腔加载系统,采用2个伺服阀单独控制油缸的前后两腔,前腔恒压控制,通过控制后腔压力来控制整个油缸的载荷。根据此思路设计液压加载原理并且搭建相应的设备来进行试验验证。试验结果和预期相同,达到设计目的,故认为双阀控双腔液压伺服加载系统的设计有效可行,满足试验要求。When a large stroke cylinder requires high dynamic loading performance,if the single rod structure is adopted,the reversal of servo-valve will cause pressure jump,which will affect the system performance.In order to solve the problem of pressure jump,a dual-valve control dual-chamber loading system is designed.Which uses two servo-valve to control front and rear chambers of the cylinder separately,front chamber is controlled with constant pressure,and the force of cylinder is controlled by changing rear chamber pressure.According to this theory,the principle of hydraulic loading is designed and the corresponding test equipment is established to verify.The final test result is the same as expected,the test Achieves the design purpose,so the dual-valve control dualchamber hydraulic servo loading system is effective and feasible,which meets the test requirements.
