摘 要:目的分析2014年-2018年温州市伦敦沙门菌和德尔卑沙门菌临床分离株耐药性和分子型别特征。方法对2014年-2018年食源性疾病腹泻患者分离得到的25株伦敦沙门菌和20株德尔卑沙门菌采用微量肉汤稀释法进行15种抗菌药物的敏感试验,并运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed-field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)进行分子分型。结果实验菌株除对3种抗生素敏感外,对其余12种抗生素均有不同程度的耐药,有34株多重耐药(占75. 56%)。四环素耐药率最高(占91. 11%);25株伦敦沙门菌用XbaⅠ酶切获得16种带型,相似度为66. 5%~100%。20株德尔卑沙门菌用XbaⅠ酶切获得10种带型,相似度为75. 4%~100%。结论温州市食源性沙门菌耐药状况严重,PFGE带型呈现出多样性的同时又具有较显著的优势带型特点。部分带型与其对应的耐药谱具有一定的关联性。Objective To analyze the antibiotic resistance and molecular characteristics of Salmonella London and Salmonella Derby in Wenzhou from 2014 to 2018.Methods Mircrobroth dilution assay was used to test the susceptibility of 25 Salmonella strains that were isolated from diarrhea patients suffered foodborne disease from 2014 to 2018 with 15 types of antimicrobials and pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)method was used to analyze their molecular characteristics.Results Salmonella strains were sensitive to 3 types of antimicrobials and resistant to 12 types of antimicrobials in different degrees.34 Salmonella strains(75.56%)showed multi-drug resistance(MDR)to antimicrobials.In addition,the resistance rate of tetracycline(91.11%)was the highest.25 Salmonella London strains were divided into 16 banding patterns by using XbaⅠ,and their similarity was within 66.5%-100%.Meanwhile,20 Salmonella Derby strains were divided into 10 banding patterns by using XbaⅠ,and their similarity was within 75.4%-100%.Conclusion The antibiotic resistance of foodborne Salmonella in Wenzhou was severe.PFGE banding patterns showed the diversity of Salmonella and the dominant banding patterns were obvious.Additionally,there is correlation between several banding patterns and resistant spectrum.
