不同年龄段妊娠期妇女生殖道解脲脲原体感染状况及耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的了解丽水市不同年龄段妊娠期妇女生殖道解脲脲原体(Uu)感染及耐药性情况,为孕前Uu感染防治提供依据。方法回顾性分析2015年-2018年在丽水市人民医院门诊检测生殖道Uu的妊娠期妇女1 902例,按年龄分为4组,比较不同年龄组间Uu感染和耐药性情况。结果 4年间妊娠期妇女生殖道Uu感染率下降明显(P <0. 05)。单纯Uu感染中:18岁~25岁组感染率明显高于26岁~30岁组和31岁~35岁组(P <0. 05);随着年龄增长阿奇霉素、克拉霉素耐药率下降明显(P <0. 05);35岁之前,随着年龄增长加替沙星耐药率下降明显(P <0. 05);18岁~25岁组左氧氟沙星耐药率明显高于26岁~30岁组(P <0. 05)。在混合感染中,随着年龄的增长左氧氟沙星耐药率明显升高(P <0. 05)。结论妊娠期妇女生殖道Uu感染率和耐药性与年龄具有相关性,需要加强宣传教育,增强个人卫生和孕前检测的意识,提高新生儿出生质量。Objective To understand the infection and drug resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)in genital tract of pregnant women at different ages in Lishui,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of Uu infection before pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 1902 pregnant women who underwent the test of Uu in the genital tract from the outpatient clinic of Lishui People’s Hospital during 2015-2018.They were divided into four groups according to age.The infection and drug resistance of Uu among different groups were compared.Results The rate of Uu infection in genital tract of pregnant women decreased significantly during the 4 years(P<0.05).In simple Uu infection:the infection rate of18-25 years old group was significantly higher than that of 26-30 years old group and 31-35 years old group(P<0.05);the resistance rate of AZI and CLA decreased significantly with age(P<0.05);the resistance rate of GAT decreased significantly with age before 35 years old(P<0.05);the resistance rate of LEV in 18-25 years old group was significantly higher than that that in 26-30 years old group(P<0.05).In mixed infection,the resistance rate of LEV increased significantly with age(P<0.05).Conclusion Uu infection rate and drug resistance in genital tract of pregnant women are correlated with age.It is necessary to strengthen propaganda and education,enhance the awareness of pre-pregnancy testing,and improve the quality of newborn birth.
