妊娠期糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能、炎症因子、同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B_(12)水平的检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者炎症因子、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸(FA)与维生素B_(12)(Vit B_(12))的水平变化。方法选取2018年1月-12月本院收治的55例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察组,选取同期于本院产检的55例健康孕妇作为对照组。检测并比较2组对象的空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、Hcy、FA、Vit B_(12)的水平变化。结果观察组FBG、Fins水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组Hcy水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组FA、Vit B_(12)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者的FBG、Fins、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、Hcy、FA、Vit B_(12)水平均存在异常,有效抗炎、及时补充FA与Vit B_(12)可能有利于抑制胰岛素抵抗,从而促进血糖恢复正常水平。Objective To investigate the changes of inflammatory factors,homocysteine(Hcy),folic acid(FA)and vitamin B12(Vit B12)in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Fifty patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 55 healthy pregnant women in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(Fins),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),Hcy,FA and Vit B12 were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FBG and Fins in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hcy level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FA and Vit B12 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FBG,Fins,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,Hcy,FA and Vit B12 are abnormal in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Effective anti-inflammation and timely supplementation of FA and Vit B12 may be beneficial to inhibit insulin resistance and thus promote the return of blood sugar to normal levels.
