摘  要:目的调查儿童血铅水平,并分析与儿童血铅水平相关的社会人口学因素。方法采用微分电位溶出法对807例儿童保健门诊就诊儿童的血铅进行测量,同时使用问卷获取社会人口因素相关信息。血铅值经对数转换后,采用单因素方差分析和多元线性回归识别影响血铅水平的因素。结果血铅几何平均值为15. 84μg/L。高血铅水平(≥100μg/L和≥50μg/L)的百分比分别为2. 0%和10. 9%。男孩的血铅水平高于女孩(P <0. 001)。青春期前血铅水平随着年龄的增长而增加(P <0. 001)。父母作为体力劳动者较其他组别具有更高的血铅水平(P <0. 05),居住在城市和郊区较农村组具有更高的血铅水平(P <0. 05)。结论男孩的血铅水平高于女孩,青春期前血铅水平随着年龄的增长而增加。居住在城市和郊区、父母为体力劳动者的儿童具有较高的血铅水平。本研究可以为制定更有效的儿童铅中毒防治策略提供基础。Objective To investigate children’s blood lead level and analyze associated Socio-demographic factors.Methods Blood lead samples were collected from 807 children in health care clinic and measured by differential potentiometric dissolution method,and the relevant information of social and demographic factors were obtained by questionnaire.After logarithmic conversion,single factor ANOVA and multiple linear regression were used to identify the factors affecting blood lead level.Results The geometric average of blood lead was 15.84μg/L.The percentages of high blood lead levels(≥100μg/L and≥50μg/L)were 2.0%and 10.9%,respectively.The blood lead level of boys was higher than that of girls(P<0.001).The blood lead level increased with age(P<0.001).The blood lead levels of parents as manual workers were higher than those of other groups(P<0.05),and those living in cities and suburbs were higher than those in rural areas(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood lead level of boys is higher than that of girls,and the blood lead level before puberty increases with age.Children who live in cities and suburbs and whose parents are manual workers have higher levels of blood lead.Our findings may provide basis for more effective prevention and treatment strategies for lead poisoning in children.
