摘　　要：目的了解杭州市西湖区白蚊伊蚊越冬卵中携带登革热病毒情况,为蚊虫防治和登革热防控提供科学依据。方法 2018年2月-3月,选择西湖区5个社区,采集不同积水容器的积水和沉淀物,在实验室温度(29±2)℃、湿度(27±3)%的环境下进行孵化,捕获羽化的白纹伊蚊,提取核酸后用PCR法进行登革热病毒通用型、Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型鉴定。不同特征的白纹伊蚊监测阳性率差异分析用χ~2检验,多因素分析采用二分类Logistic回归模型。结果西湖区越冬白蚊伊蚊阳性率为8. 33%,老小区、户内,水质清的样本阳性率较高,实验室鉴定登革热病毒均为阴性。结论西湖区白蚊伊蚊以卵越冬阳性率较高,不排除携带登革热病毒的风险,应积极做好活跃期之前的环境整治蚊虫控制工作。Objective To understand the situation of Dengue Virus carried by the wintering eggs of Aedes albopictus in Xihu District,Hangzhou,and provide scientific basis for mosquito control and Dengue fever prevention.Methods From February to March 2018,water and sediment were collected from different water containers in five communities in Xihu District.Incubation was performed at laboratory temperature of(29±2)℃and humidity of(27±3)%,so as to capture Aedes albopictus,extract nucleic acid,and identify dengue virus’universal type,type I and type II by PCR method.The difference analysis of the positive rate of Aedes albopictus with different characteristics was analyzed byχ~2 test,and the multivariate analysis was performed by two-class Logistic regression model.Results The positive rate of Aedes albopictus overwintering was 8.33%.The positive rate of samples in old residential areas,indoors,with clear water quality is higher.Conclusion The positive rate of Aedes albopictus overwintering with eggs is high.The risk of carrying Dengue Virus should not be ruled out.Mosquito control should be done actively before the active period.
