摘　　要：党性修养是共产党人永远的心学,也是党的十九大向全党提出的新要求。加强新时代党性修养必须坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,认真领会习近平党性修养观,其中坚守理想信念是党性修养的根本,要在不懈的理论武装中安放好作为共产党人的信仰基石;坚定人民立场是党性修养的核心,要在不断践行群众路线中培养作为共产党人的心理情怀;坚持党章标准是党性修养的标尺,要在学习党章、遵守党章中比较、鉴别、校正作为共产党人的属性要素;努力修德守纪是党性修养的关键,要在修身齐家、讲规矩守纪律中激活作为共产党人的先锋本性;严格的党内政治生活是党性修养的熔炉,要在优化党内政治生态中完成作为共产党人的独特个性的互动磨合。The cultivation of party spirit is the eternal mind of the communists,and also the new requirements put forward by the 19th national congress of the Party to the whole party.To strengthen the cultivation of party spirit in the new era,we must adhere to the guidance of Xi jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and earnestly understand Xi jinping's concept of party spirit cultivation.Adhering to ideals and beliefs is the basis of the Party spirit cultivation,and we should lay the cornerstone of belief for the communists in the unremitting theoretical armed forces.Strengthening the position of people is the core of the cultivation of the Party spirit,and we should cultivate the psychological feelings of the communists in the practice of the mass line.Adhering to the standard of the party constitution is the yardstick of the cultivation of the party spirit,and we should compare,identify and correct the attribute elements of the communists in learning and abiding by the party constitution.Striving to cultivate morality and discipline is the key to the cultivation of the Party spirit,and we should activate the pioneering nature of the communist in the process of cultivating oneself and putting family in order,and following laws and regulations.Strict inner-Party political life is the crucible of party spirit cultivation,and the interaction and adjustment of the unique personality of communists should be completed in the optimization of intraparty political ecology.
