摘　　要：布气疗法最早见于《灵枢·病传》,是治疗疾病的一种法则。布气是指修炼得道者将其内气发放于体外,在特定的人体体表穴位上作用于他人起到治疗疾病的作用。文章详细介绍了布气手法,如补法、泻法、温养法、疏导法和整体布气法,以及常用治疗方法,包括直接布气法、间接布气法、点穴布气法、按摩布气法、疏导布气法、调神布气法、七情布气法,并探讨了布气术与导引术的具体临床应用。以期能够使布气疗法得到更广泛的推广和应用。Qi-emitted therapy was first seen in Spiritual Pivot·Transmission of Diseases,which is a rule for the treatment of diseases.Qi-emitted refers to whom master the essence of inner qi through earnest self-practice,emits his/her inner qi to the specific acupoints of patients for illness treatment.The article introduced various of qi-emitted therapies including reinforcing therapy,reducing therapy,pyretic nourishing therapy,dredging therapy and overall qi-emitted therapy,as while as treatment techniques such as directly qi-emitted,indirectly qi-emitted,attacking the acupoint qi-emitted,dredging qi-emitted,massage qi-emitted,regulating mind qi-emitted and emotions qi-emitted.The clinical application of qi-emitted therapy and Daoyin therapy(breathing exercise with body movement)is also discussed,in order to adopt the qi-emitted therapy more and more widely.
