何氏妇科流派养血活血安胎法传承与应用

摘　　要：胎漏、胎动不安常用治则为补肾健脾、益气养血、固冲安胎。而《金匮要略》擅长应用养血活血安胎法。文章结合何氏妇科流派临床实践经验,根据西医对妊娠生理、病理的认识新进展,探究养血活血安胎法现代应用价值。传承经典学习借鉴前人经验并进一步配伍完善,何氏妇科临床应用养血活血安胎法安全有效。Reinforcing the kidney and invigorating the spleen,replenishing the qi and nourishing the blood are the usual therapeutic principles of fetal irritability(threatened abortion).Jingui Yaolue was skilled in miscarriage prevention by nourishing the blood and promoting blood circulation.This paper analyzed the application value of miscarriage prevention by nourishing the blood and promoting blood circulation,based on the research progress about gestational physiology and pathology.We made effective improvements in combination with the clinical practice of HEs’gynecology school.Miscarriage prevention by nourishing the blood and promoting blood circulation is safe and effective in clinical application.
