摘　　要：膜系是人体内广泛分布的膜层结构,是气水火运行的通道。膜系分为内膜系和外膜系,将人体内所有的组织器官联结成为一个有机的整体,参与诸多疾病、证候的发生、发展、转归等过程。《伤寒论》中5个或然方证的症状表现复杂,涉及部位广泛,难以理解。文章从中医膜系生理和病理两个角度,对《伤寒论》或然方证的主症与或然症的关系进行论述,以期加深对5个或然方证的理解。Membrane system is a widely distributed membrane structure in human body,which is the channel for generation of qi,body fluid,blood and distribution of qi,water and fire.Membrane system is divided into endomembrane and extra membrane system.It connects all the tissues and organs in human body into an organic whole and participates in the occurrence,development and prognosis of many diseases.The symptoms of five possible syndromes in Treatise on Febrile Diseases are complex,involving a wide range of parts and difficult to understand.Starting from the physiological and pathological aspects of TCM the membrane system,this paper discussed the relationship between the main syndrome and probable symptoms of five possible syndromes in Treatise on Febrile Diseased,with a view to deepening the understanding of five possible syndromes.
