摘　　要：随着临床治疗手段的进步,冠心病治疗率的上升并未带来临床预后的显著改善,中医药以其整体观念在治疗冠心病中存在优势。然如何判断中药起始及终止治疗的时间截点仍为临床所困惑。基于整体观念提出的“血-脉-心-神”一体观治疗冠心病在临床上取得良好疗效,其亦为临床认识冠心病的一种角度。故文章以“血-脉-心-神”一体观为切入点,探讨冠心病患者冠脉稳态所具备的特质,为临床冠心病治疗提供思路。With the progress of clinical treatment,the increasing treatment rate of coronary artery heart disease(CHD)has not brought a significant improvement in clinical prognosis.Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in treating CHD with its holistic concept.However,how to judge the time of initiation and termination of traditional Chinese medicine is still a confusion for clinicians.Based on the concept of‘blood-vein-heart-spirit’,the treatment of CHD has achieved good clinical results,which is also a perspective for clinical understanding of CHD.Therefore,this paper took‘blood-vein-heart-spirit’as the starting point to explore the characteristics of coronary artery homeostasis in patients with CHD,to provide ideas for clinical treatment of CHD.
