摘 要:目的:运用高通量测序技术探究人体在服用铁皮枫斗晶后肠道微生物菌群的变化。方法:收集服用铁皮枫斗晶前后人群的粪便,利用高通量测序技术对两组粪便样本进行测序,从α、β多样性分析,T-test差异分析等角度分析铁皮枫斗晶对肠道微生物的影响。结果:与服用铁皮枫斗晶前比较,服用铁皮枫斗晶后肠道的物种种类显著增加。另外,对服用铁皮枫斗晶前后两组样本进行属水平上T-test分析发现,有39个菌属差异显著,其中21个菌属丰度显著下降,18个菌属丰度显著增高。结论:铁皮枫斗晶不仅可以通过增加短链脂肪酸生产的有益菌来抑制致病菌生长,从而发挥抗炎症作用,改善肠道内环境;还可以增加为宿主提供维生素B和维生素K的Melainabacteria纲菌的含量,此研究为中药及其保健食品的研究与开发提供新的路径。Objective:High-throughput sequencing technique was used to investigate the changes of intestinal microflora after taking Tin maple crystal.Methods:Feces of the population before and after the administration of Tin maple crystal were collected,High throughput sequencing technique was used to sequence feces samples of the two groups.The effects of Tin maple crystal on intestinal microorganisms were analyzed from the perspectives of alpha and beta diversity analysis,T-test difference analysis and so on.Results:Compared with the pretreatment group,the number of intestinal species increased significantly after taking Tin maple crystal.In addition,the generic T-test level analysis of two groups of samples before and after taking Tin maple crystal showed that there were significant differences in 39 genera,of which 21 genera decreased significantly and 18 genera increased significantly.Conclusion:Tin maple crystal can not only inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria by increasing the beneficial bacteria produced by short chain fatty acids,so as to play an anti-inflammatory role and improve the intestinal environment,but also increase the content of Melainabacteria which provides vitamin B and vitamin K for the host.This study provides a new way for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine and its health food.
