摘 要:目的:研究腹部推拿对高脂饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)大鼠肠道黏膜通透性的干预作用。方法:以高脂饮食诱导形成NAFLD大鼠模型,随机分为腹部推拿组、模型组,另设正常对照组。腹部推拿组每天推拿干预,模型组和正常对照组不予任何干预手段;干预28d后,利用异硫氰酸荧光素-葡聚糖(FITCDextran)示踪法检测推拿干预后大鼠肠黏膜通透性,同时利用透射电镜观察肠黏膜超微结构。结果:模型组FITC-Dextran含量较正常对照组显著增加(P<0.01),表明经过高脂饮食饲养的NAFLD大鼠肠道通透性确实增加,腹部推拿组较模型组显著降低(P<0.01),表明腹部推拿可以使肠道通透性降低。透射电镜观察肠黏膜超微结构,显示腹部推拿可以改善因造模引起的肠黏膜结构变化,恢复肠道细胞正常结构及线粒体状况。结论:腹部推拿可以改善NAFLD大鼠肠道黏膜通透性。Objective:To study the effect of abdominal manipulation on intestinal mucosal permeability in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease induced by high-fat diet.Methods:NAFLD rats were induced by high-fat diet and randomly divided into abdominal manipulation group and model group.Meanwhile normal control group was set up.The abdominal manipulation group received daily manipulation intervention,while the model group and the control group received no intervention.After 28 days of intervention,the intestinal mucosal permeability of rats was measured by FITC-Dextran tracer method,and the ultrastructure of intestinal mucosa was observed by transmission electron microscopy.Results:The content of FITC-Dextran in model group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).It proved that the intestinal permeability of NAFLD rats fed with high-fat diet did increase.After the intervention of abdominal manipulation,the content significantly lower than that of the model control group(P<0.01),which proved that abdominal manipulation could reduce intestinal permeability.At the same time,the ultrastructure of intestinal mucosa was observed by transmission electron microscopy.Abdominal massage could improve the changes of intestinal mucosa structure caused by model building and restore the normal structure of intestinal cells and the status ofmitochondria.Conclusion:Abdominal massage can improve intestinal mucosal permeability in NAFLD rats.
