粗针神道穴平刺对缺血型面神经损伤大鼠急性期神经水肿的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究粗针神道穴平刺对缺血型面神经损伤大鼠急性期神经水肿的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分成假手术组、模型组、粗针平刺组和局部针刺组,除假手术组外均灼闭岩动脉建立缺血型面神经损伤模型。粗针平刺组行粗针神道穴平刺治疗,局部针刺组行面部局部针刺治疗。造模后记录大鼠面神经功能及触须垫血流情况,行甲苯胺蓝染色观察骨管内段面神经肿胀情况。结果:面神经功能方面,从第7到第14天,粗针平刺组评分较模型组和局部针刺组高(P<0.05);触须垫血流方面,第1、7、14天,粗针平刺组血流量较模型组和局部针刺组高(P<0.05)。面神经肿胀方面,第1、3、5、7天,粗针平刺组肿胀程度低于模型组和局部针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:粗针神道穴平刺可能通过调节头面部血流,促进骨管内面神经水肿消退并加速其功能恢复。Objective:To evaluate the effects of transverse insertion by thick needle treatment into Shendao(GV 11)for ischemic facial nerve injury in acute stage.Methods:Sixty male SD rats were randomly and equally divided into four groups:sham operated group,model group,thick needle group and facial needle group.Except sham operated group,the other three group’s petrosal artery were occluded permanently by electrocautery to establish ischemia model of facial nerve.The thick needle group were treated with thick needle treatment and the facial needle group were treated with facial needle treatment.After procedure,collect data of facial behavior,blood flowing of the vibrissae area and toluene blue staining for the section in the facial canal.Results:As for facial movement scores,thick needle group was higher than model group and facial needle group from the 7th day to the 14th day(P<0.05).As for blood flow,thick needle group was higher than model group and facial needle group’s at the 1st,7th and 14th day(P<0.05).As for swollen rate in facial canal,thick needle group was lower than model group and facial needle group at the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thick needle transverse insertion into GV 11 can accelerate the recovery for facial nerve injury of ischemia,which may regulate the blood flow of checks and reduce edema of facial nerve in facial canal.
