摘　　要：输卵管性不孕作为影响女性生育的重要因素,目前发病率呈逐年增高趋势。杜惠兰教授基于多年治疗本病的临床经验认为,该病的病位在胞络,病性多虚实夹杂,病机的关键在于瘀阻胞脉胞络,病理因素为气滞、血瘀、湿阻或寒凝,辨证为气滞血瘀证、湿热蕴结证、肾虚血瘀证、寒湿凝滞证。治疗以“通法”理论为指导,以通畅胞脉胞络,恢复输卵管功能为要,治以行气活血、清热利湿、补肾活血或温经散寒。在整体与局部治疗相结合的基础上,采用中药汤剂口服配合中医外治法,同时注重辨病与辨证相结合,最终使胞脉通利,成功受孕。Tubal infertility is an important factor affecting female fertility,and the current incidence rate is increasing year by year.Professor DU Hui-lan,based on years of clinical experience in the treatment of this disease,believes that the disease is located in the meridians and collaterals,and its nature is mostly intermingled deficiency and excess.The key to the pathogenesis of the disease lies in the stasis of meridians and collaterals.The pathological factors are qi stagnation,blood stasis,dampness obstruction or cold coagulation.The syndrome differentiation includes qi stagnation and blood stasis,syndrome of accumulated dampness-heat,syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and syndrome of stagnation and congelation of cold-damp.Under the guidance of the theory of Tong method,the key points of treatment are to clear the blood vessels and collaterals,restore the function of fallopian tube.And the major methods are to promote qi and blood circulation,clear heat and promoting diuresis,invigorate the kidney and blood circulation,or warming channel for dispelling cold.On the basis of the combination of the holistic and local treatment,the oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is adopted.At the same time,the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation is emphasized,so as to make the blood vessels clear and get pregnant successfully.
