摘　　要：蒋健教授善以《墨宝斋》血崩方治疗崩漏,通常在服药1周之内即可获效。文章通过列举其验案数则,展示《墨宝斋》血崩方的渊源及古今方义,分析《墨宝斋》血崩方的历史影响,探讨《墨宝斋》血崩方的适应症,介绍蒋健教授临床运用《墨宝斋》血崩方的化裁经验。血崩方不宜减味,经过适当加味可用于治疗寒热虚实之崩漏,药量可稍重于原书所载,应注意该方药物煎煮及服用方法。Professor JIANG Jian is good at treating the metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with Xuebeng Formula in Mobao Zhai,which usually takes effect within one week.This paper lists the number of cases,shows the origin and the ancient and modern meanings of the Xuebeng Formula in Mobao Zhai,analyzes the historical influence of the Xuebeng Formula in Mobao Zhai,discusses the indications of the Xuebeng Formula in Mobao Zhai,and introduces professor JIANG Jian’s experience in the clinical application of the Xuebeng Formula in Mobao Zhai.It is not suitable to reduce the taste of Xuebeng Formula.It can be used to treat the metrorrhagia of cold and heat deficiency and excess after being properly added.The dosage can be slightly heavier than that in the original book.Attention should be paid to the decocting and taking methods of this prescription.
