新安医家王乐匋运用夜交藤治疗心脑系病证经验

摘　　要：王乐匋先生在继承新安王氏医学家传的基础上,吸收张景岳、尤在泾等诸家学术精华,融会贯通,遂自成一家之说。王老对心脑系病证有着较深的研究,认为肝肾与心脑之间广泛存在着生理与病理上的联系,故在治疗中多用“培补肝肾”法,重用夜交藤,取其引阳入阴之性治疗胸痹、心悸、眩晕、头痛、不寐等心脑系病证,并以夜交藤为中心,与干地黄、生白芍二药组成基本药对,随证配伍,不拘泥于有无失眠之证,颇有实效。On the basis of inheriting the biography of Xin’an WANGs’medical scientist,Mr.WANG Le-tao absorbed the academic essences of ZHANG Jing-yue and YOU Zai-jing,and integrated into each other.Mr.WANG had a deep research on the syndrome of heart and brain system,and believed that there was a wide range of physiological and pathological relationship between liver and kidney and heart and brain.Therefore,in the treatment,the method of‘nourishing liver and kidney’was used,Mr.WANG used Caulis Polygoni Multiflori extensively,and took the nature of inducing yang into yin to treat chest bi,palpitation,vertigo,headache,insomnia and other heart and brain diseases,and took the Caulis Polygoni Multiflori as the center,composed of basic couplet medicines with dry rehmannia root and Radix Paeoniae Alba,and was compatible with the syndrome.It was quite effective not limited to the syndrome of insomnia or not.
