摘　　要：连建伟教授是第三、四、五批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,学医临证五十载,积累了可贵的处方用药经验。《连建伟手书医案》一书收录了连老师116则医案,真实且较为全面地反映了其处方用药特色。笔者以该书为依据,将连老师的处方用药特色概括为“熟谙经典,方证相应”、“经方时方,因证采择”、“单方合方,灵活化裁”、“方用轻灵,药贵平和”、“汤剂丸散,相得益彰”5个方面,并进一步提炼为“司常达变,守正出奇”,欲以宣明往范,昭示来学。Professor LIAN Jian-wei is the third,fourth and fifth batch of instructors for the inheritance of academic experience of the old Chinese medicine experts.He has been studying medicine for more than half a century and has accumulated valuable prescription medication experience.The book LIAN Jian-wei’s Handwritten Medical Cases contains 116 old medical cases,which truly and comprehensively reflects the experience of the prescription with his own characteristics.Based on the book,this article summarizes the experience of the prescription with his own characteristics as‘full knowledge of medical classics,corresponding to the prescriptions and syndrome’,‘choosing classical prescriptions or non-classical prescriptions with relevant syndrome’,‘applying basic prescription and compound prescription flexibly’,‘using little prescription and its property is moderate’,‘coordinating with decoctions,pills and powder that is effective’in five aspects,and further refined into‘mastering the routine treatment,and knowing how to cure the disease’,and using the ordinary therapy to achieve magical curative effect to declare the brilliant past,and the coming of future.
