中医药治疗原发性高血压的作用机制研究现状与展望

摘　　要：高血压病是一种常见的心血管疾病,在临床实践中,中医药治疗高血压病效果显著且不良反应小,越来越受到重视。在现代医学科技日新月异的大时代背景下,中药药理学的发展也在不断突破和前进。中药在治疗疾病时,其作用的通道、器官以及产生的不良反应等也愈加明朗化,因而中药治疗高血压病也更具针对性,极大提高了药物安全性,并有效地减少和预防不良反应。文章从阻断肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、阻滞钙离子(Ca2+)通道、保护血管内皮功能和抑制血管重构、改善胰岛素抵抗、抑制交感神经过度兴奋等方面阐述中医药治疗高血压病的作用机制,以期为高血压病的临床治疗提供指导。Hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease.In clinical practice,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a significant effect on the treatment of hypertension and has fewer side effects.With the rapid development of modern medical science and technology,the development of TCM pharmacology is breaking through and advancing constantly.The mechanism channels,organs,toxic and side effects of TCM are becoming more and more clear.Therefore,the treatment of hypertension with TCM is more targeted,which greatly improves the safety of the medicine,and then effectively reduces and prevents the toxic and side effects.This article elaborated the mechanism of TCM in treating hypertension from blocking reninangiotensin-aldosterone system,blocking calcium channel,protecting vascular endothelial function and inhibiting vascular remodeling,improving insulin resistance and inhibiting sympathetic nerve hyperexcitability,so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment of hypertension.
