延胡索乙素的研究进展

摘　　要：延胡索是临床常用药物,主要化学成分是生物碱,目前可以分离得到30余种,延胡索乙素是其主要有效成分。现代药理研究发现延胡索乙素可以作用于中枢神经系统,起到止痛镇静降低成瘾性、保护大脑的作用;也可以作用于心血管系统,起到抗心律失常、保护心肌延缓心肌重构、改善血流动力学、降低血脂的作用;对于肿瘤、呼吸系统、消化系统等也有干预作用。文章将结合文献,对延胡索乙素进行系统阐述,为药材的进一步开发提供参考。Rhizoma Corydalisis is commonly used in clinical medicine,the main chemical component of which is alkaloid.At present,more than 30 kinds of alkaloid can be isolated from it,tetrahydropalmatine is the main effective component.Modern pharmacological studies have found that tetrahydropalmatine can act on the central nervous system,playing a role in relieving pain and sedation,reduce addiction,and protect the brain;It can also contribute to the cardiovascular system,playing the role of anti-arrhythmia,myocardial protection to delay myocardial remodeling,improving hemodynamics,reducing blood lipid.For tumors,respiratory system and digestive system,tetrahydropalmatine also has an effect.In this paper,tetrahydropalmatine was systematically expound to provide reference for further development of medicinal materials based on the latest literatures.
