中药诱导干细胞向肝细胞分化的研究进展

摘　　要：干细胞是一类具有自我增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞,在一定条件下可以分化为不同功能的细胞,甚至可分化形成多种组织和器官。近年来,干细胞向肝细胞分化的研究,已成为干细胞移植治疗肝衰竭等肝脏疾病的研究热点。基于传统中医理论,许多实验报道中药复方、中药单体及其提取物可以促进各类干细胞诱导分化为肝细胞,并且中药与诱导干细胞分化的细胞因子相比较,具有经济廉价、安全性高、不良反应小等优势和特点。中药诱导干细胞分化为肝细胞,将是中医药治疗肝衰竭一个新的切入点,具有广阔的应用前景。Stem cells are a kind of cells with self-proliferation and differentiation potential,which can be differentiated into different functional cells under certain conditions,and even differentiated into a variety of tissues and organs.In recent years,the potential of hepatic-like differentiation of stem cells has become a research hotspot in the treatment of liver failure and other liver diseases by stem cell transplantation.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,many experiments have already showed that Chinese materia medica compound,Chinese herbal medicines and their purified products can induce the differentiation of various stem cells into hepatocytes,and compared with the cytokines inducing stem cell differentiation,traditional Chinese materia medica has the advantages and characteristics of low cost,high safety and small side effects.The differentiation of stem cells into hepatocytes induced by traditional Chinese medicine will be a new breakthrough point in the treatment of liver failure by Chinese materia medica,which has a broad application prospect.
