摘　　要：小儿流涎是小儿口腔疾患常见的病症,中医外治法作为中医特色疗法之一,治疗小儿流涎安全可靠,见效迅速,简便易行,费用低廉,无不良反应,可有效解决小儿服药困难、惧怕输液等依从性差的现象,满足当今社会家长追求绿色、安全的医疗理念。文章对穴位贴敷疗法、推拿疗法、针灸疗法和中药浸浴疗法等常见的中医外治法治疗小儿流涎进行了归纳研究,提出未来为提高小儿流涎的治疗效果,满足现代社会医疗需求,应加大对本病的研究支持,探索新的中医外治疗法,推动中医外治法在小儿流涎临床治疗中的应用,发挥中医外治法的治疗优势。Infantile salivation is a common disease in children with oral diseases.As one of the characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine,external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is safe and reliable in treating in fantile salivation,with quick effect,simplicity,low-cost and has no adverse reactions.It can effectively solve the problems of children’s poor compliance such as difficulty in taking medicines and fear of infusion,and meet parents’quest for green and safe medical concepts in today’s society.This paper summarized and studied the treatment of infantile salivation by acupoint sticking therapy,traditional Chinese manipulation therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,and traditional Chinese medicine immersion bath therapy,and proposed that in order to improve the therapeutic effect of infantile salivation and meet the medical needs of modern society in the future,we should increase the research support for the this disease and explore new methods of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.To promote the application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of infantile salivation,and give full play to the advantages of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
