摘　　要：目的:调查颈椎椎曲改变与颈椎伤病和腰椎椎曲改变与腰椎伤病的关系。方法:对诊断明确的伤病,照站立位颈椎侧位和腰椎侧位标准X光片。按照颈腰椎曲分级标准,将椎曲分级,通过数据分析,观察其各级别发生的伤病相关性。结果:颈腰椎曲改变与脊源性疾病的发生密切相关,同时与病情轻重呈正相关。尤其是颈腰椎管狭窄症椎曲呈4~5级改变占患者总数的86%~88%。结论:脊柱生理曲度的改变对于治疗脊源性疾病具有重要的临床指导意义。Objective:To investigate the relationship between cervical vertebrae curvature and cervical spine injury and relationship between lumbar vertebrae curvature and lumbar spine injury.Methods:For the diagnosis of a certain injury,the standard X-ray films of the cervical vertebrae side and lumbar vertebrae side were taken.According to the grading standard of cervical and lumbar vertebrae,the vertebral curvature was graded,and the relationship between injury and disease occurred at each level was observed.Results:The changes of cervical and lumbar vertebrae were positively correlated with spine-origin disease occurrence and severity.In particular,the cervical vertebrae stenosis with grade 4 to 5 changes accounted for 86%to 88%of the total number of patients.Conclusion:The change of the spinal physiological curvature has important direct significance in the clinical treatment of spine-origin diseases.
